These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites:

• raffle.whiskershealth.org (raffle site)

By using our sites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Whiskers Health Organisation is a registered charity in England & Wales (No. 1212966) with a registered office at:
5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG.

2. General site use

• Breach any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Misuse our donation or raffle systems.

3. Donations

• Donations are processed securely via PayPal.
• We do not store your payment card details.
• Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Raffle participation

• Raffles are open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Data is stored and managed by Supabase, Resend, and Vercel.
• Raffle entries are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Winners are drawn fairly and notified via email.
• We may disqualify entries that breach these Terms or the law.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our sites (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by or licensed to Whiskers Health Organisation. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of data or profits.
• Issues caused by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Vercel).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
